Soonthornwat Thanawatnanthachot
I come from a hospitality background with hands-on experience in customer service and communication. I'm confident in delivering clear, thoughtful communication, whether through direct interaction, writing, or support across multiple platforms. I enjoy helping clients understand products and services, ensuring they receive helpful, friendly, and professional assistance throughout their customer journey.
I'm also experienced in optimizing revenue, using PMS and extranet systems to manage room allotments, pricing, and online availability with a strong focus on accuracy and performance tracking. I work well independently and collaboratively, and I take pride in supporting smooth daily operations across departments.
I enjoy reflecting through words, whether documenting workflows or developing new ideas. Writing helps me stay clear in my thinking and communicate with intention.
Michael D. Wykoff
Michael Wykoff is a writer, editor, and university lecturer at Srinakharinwirot University’s College of Social Communication Innovation in Bangkok, where he teaches mass communication and digital media to delightfully unimpressed undergraduates. A San Francisco émigré, he has lived in Thailand since 2011, with temple bells and Buddhist neighbors rearranging his thinking about control, attachment, and what’s genuinely worth getting worked up about. Before the classroom, he spent a career across high-tech, international development, and communications, mostly in the business of finding new solutions to old problems. He’s an amateur philosopher, someone who reads the Stoics for practical use rather than for ammunition. He writes on culture, film, and expatriate life at Being Wykovian and on Substack.
